Zenzele Consignment (ZC) had our first fundraiser fashion show, at the Washington DC African Internationalist Conference on African Women, which featured gently worn and new clothing that embodies the “confident revolutionary style” of ZC. We are on a mission to generate the $20,000 needed to open our doors in August 2015; employing every avenue to raise that money.
ZC will not just be a consignment store, it will be the funding source for our non-profit the All African People’s Development and Empowerment Project (AAPDEP), which is an African led non-profit tasked with implementing development projects throughout the African world.
Since 2007 AAPDEP has worked in Africa, South America, and the U.S. in the interest of African people.
You have an opportunity to lend your support to ensure that we can do our work bigger and in a more sustainable way. Donate today to help us be a ‘do for self’ organization.
