Zenzele Consignment recently held a spectacular fashion show! If you missed it, you will get your fix right here! This fashion show was not just for displaying high fashion, and daily chic looks. It had a world changing purpose as a fundraiser to open the store location of Zenzele Consignment in Huntsville, Alabama.
As you may already know, Zenzele Consignment is the economic development initiative of the All African People’s Development Project (AAPDEP). An African led non-profit with the goal to collectivize the skills of Africans around the world so that we can use them for the better of our communities. When Zenzele Consignment opens it will fund many of AAPDEP’s projects and help the organization be self-sustaining.
The local collective participation from Africans with skills in design, fashion and production is just a microcosm of what is possible when African people work together.

The styles that ripped the runway last week projected so much inspiration, technique, elegance, and fashion forward looks. If you are looking for new ways to shake up your wardrobe with current fashion trends, the fashion show had it all, and you will all experience a taste of the sweet magic that set the runway ablaze!Hold tight to your seats! Let’s take a small detour to Model Central!
The models that were selected were absolutely captivating! Their movements were quite impeccable! They all told a story through their fashion that was immaculate! Ah, what a phenomenal treat they were! I see them strutting down more runways in the near future. What sweet sorrow it was for the fashion show to come to an end, but another one is near on the horizon. If you missed the last fashion, keep it locked in for further announcements pertaining to the date. Fashion never sleeps, so the next fashion show will be quite the treat, but I guess we shall see when your mouths are left agate by the magnificent sight of what is to come when we do it bigger and better next time!
